We hit the road, more vast fields, one of blue flowers, same colour as sky, which is cloud free.
Crossed border in to Saskatchewan without as much as a sign. It is scrubby looking here, not near as clean looking as Manitoba.
Very little sign of life out here, just some raodside cattle,,, Very hot out!!
Arrived in Kincaid where we are supposed to meet up with Michael and Liz....Its a ghost town, all windows borded up, just a post office, and a corner store.
we check out the camping facility, no way we can camp here, in an open field, no trees , all dried up and hot. ( Kathy is still happy, we seen a deer)
No sign of Mike and Liz, so we drive west to meet them,
We pick them up in next town, load up their bikes, and drive back to Laflesh for camping,dinner, and a swiming pool!!
Spent a wonderful night swappoing stories, having a steak dinner with a few drinks.
Stayed up late talking past our bedtime.
Beautiful full moon...
